Total Voting Rights

In accordance with Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rule 5.6.1, the Company confirms that its capital consists of 16,122,931 ordinary shares of £0.01 each with voting rights (the "Shares"). No Shares are held in treasury.

Shareholders may use the 16,122,931 Shares as the denominator for the calculation by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
