Ricardo Plc (Ricardo) is pleased to confirm that Carol Borg (Non-Executive Director and Audit Chair) has accepted a full-time role as the Group Chief Financial Officer of AMADEUS IT GROUP, S.A. Amadeus is an IBEX 35 company, listed on the Spanish Stock Exchange under AMS.MC. Carol will commence her appointment on 5th May.

Mark Clare, Ricardo's Chairman, said: "The Board welcomes the appointment of Carol at AMADEUS IT GROUP S.A. as Group Chief Financial Officer. Carol will continue with her duties at Ricardo plc. The Board wishes Carol great success in her new role."
