OPTIONS GRANTED UNDER SAVE AS YOU EARN SHARE OPTION SCHEME AND NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTIONS OF DIRECTORS, PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITIES OR CONNECTED PERSONS
Rensburg Sheppards plc ("the company") has today granted options over a total of 1,158,138 ordinary shares of 10 90/91 pence each in the company at an option price of 303 pence per share, under the company's Save As You Earn share option scheme. The options may be exercised during the six month period from 1 February 2012 to 31 July 2012.
The options referred to above include options granted to directors and persons discharging managerial responsibilities ("PDMRs"). In accordance with Disclosure and Transparency Rule 3.1.4(R) (1), notification of the options granted today to directors and PDMRs under the Save As You Earn share option scheme are detailed below.
