Revolution Bars Group plc, a leading UK operator of 74 premium bars trading under the 'Revolution' and 'Revolución de Cuba' brands, announces that application has been made to the UK Listing Authority and to the London Stock Exchange for admission to the Official List of 29,159 ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each previously allotted following the exercise of share options by an ex-employee in April 2018 ("Ordinary Shares").

Application has been made for the Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on the London Stock Exchange's Official List and dealings are expected to commence on 24 July 2020. The Ordinary Shares will rank pari passu with the existing Ordinary Shares of the Company.

Following Admission, the Company's enlarged issued share capital will be 50,029,159. This figure may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
