Reckitt Benckiser Group plc ("RB") announces today that it has purchased the following number of its ordinary shares of 10p each on the London Stock Exchange from Morgan Stanley & Co. International PLC ("Morgan Stanley"). Such purchase was effected pursuant to irrevocable instructions issued by RB on 1 September 2014, as announced on 2 September 2014:
