 DIRECTOR/PDMR SHAREHOLDINGS

Reckitt Benckiser Group plc (the "Company" or "RB") announces the following changes in the interests of Directors and Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility ("PDMR") in ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the share capital of the Company ("Shares").

The remuneration of RB's Non-Executive Directors includes fees which are to be used in the purchase of Shares. Each of the Non-Executive Directors of the Company listed below receives approximately 18% of their base fee in the form of Shares, which they are expected to retain for the duration of their tenure.

Shares were acquired on 21 May 2015 on the London Stock Exchange at a price of £58.52 per share. The number of shares purchased in respect of each Director was as follows:

* shares will be registered in the name of his spouse, Katherine Victoria Tucker.
