Item 4 b) in table has been amended to "Purchase of Shares." All other details remain unchanged.

DIRECTOR/PDMR SHAREHOLDINGS
Reckitt Benckiser Group plc (the "Company" or "RB") announces the following change in the interests of a Director in ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the share capital of the Company ("Shares").
The Company was notified on 1 November 2017 that Christopher Sinclair, Independent Non-Executive Director, purchased 2,800 Shares on 1 November 2017 at a price of £65.974964 per share. Following this transaction, Mr Sinclair has a beneficial holding of 3,246 Shares in the Company, representing 0.0005% of the total voting rights of the Company.
