DIRECTOR/PDMR SHAREHOLDINGS
Reckitt Benckiser Group plc (the "Company" or "RB") announces the following change in the interests of a Director in ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the share capital of the Company ("Shares").
The Company was notified on 23 October 2019 that Sara Mathew, Non-Executive Director, purchased a total of 378 American Depositary Receipts in the Company (ADRs) on 23 October 2019 at a price of $15.46 each. Five ADRs represent one Share.
The remuneration of RB's Non-Executive Directors includes fees which are to be used in the purchase of Shares or equivalent, e.g. ADRs. £16,750 of the Non-Executive Directors' base fee (net) is invested in Shares or equivalent which they are expected to retain for the duration of their tenure. The amount of Sara Mathew's fees applied in this way were pro-rated based on her appointment to the Board on 1 July 2019.
