DIRECTOR/PDMR SHAREHOLDING
Notification of transactions of Directors/Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility ("PDMR") in ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the share capital of the Company ("Shares").
On 20 March 2017, Rob de Groot, Area Executive Vice President ENA, a PDMR, transferred 255,505 Shares to his spouse, Danielle Van Dommelen, by way of a non-market transfer for nil consideration. There was no change in the ultimate beneficial ownership of the Shares as a result of the transfer.
Following the transaction, Mr de Groot's shareholding (including beneficial interest) is 313,675 Shares, representing 0.0448% of the Company's issued share capital. Treasury shares have not been taken into account when calculating this percentage.
The following notification is made in accordance with the requirements of the EU Market Abuse Regulation.
