Appointment of Non Executive Director
Raven announces the appointment of Lysa Hardy as an independent Non Executive Director with effect from today.
Lysa has over 25 years' experience of marketing roles in the technology and retail sectors, including private equity and international roles, and is a specialist in multichannel, consumer brands and CRM/loyalty.
Lysa is currently Chief Marketing Officer and an executive board member at Hotel Chocolat. She has held executive roles at T-Mobile, where she led the marketing workstream for the merger with Orange to form EE, a £2bn+ business, was Chief Commercial Officer at Holland & Barrett prior to its $2.3bn sale to L1, and Chief Customer Officer at Joules. Lysa is a Non-Executive Director of a retail technology start up, and a co-founder of a health and skincare business.
There are no other matters in connection with this appointment to be disclosed under section 9.6.13 R (1) to (6) of the Listing Rules.
