Convertible Preference Share Dividend (RAVC)
The Directors of the Company confirm that the quarterly payment of the dividend in respect of the cumulative convertible redeemable preference shares of no par value (the "Convertible Preference Shares") with ticker RAVC, will be made on 31 December 2018 in respect of the period from 30 September 2018 to (but excluding) 31 December 2018.
The record date for the payment of the dividend for the Convertible Preference Shares is 7 December 2018 with an ex-dividend date of 6 December 2018. Holders of Convertible Preference Shares will be entitled to a gross dividend of 1.625p per Convertible Preference Share.
The Directors of the Company also confirm the 2019 Convertible Preference Share dividend timetable as outlined below:
