RA International Group PLC (AIM: RAI), a specialist provider of complex and integrated remote site services to organisations globally, announces that Andrew Bolter, Chief Financial Officer, has informed the Board of his intention to step down as a Director and CFO of the Company with effect from 31 August 2023. Accordingly, the Board will commence the process of recruiting Andrew's successor.
Soraya Narfeldt, CEO of RA International, said: "On behalf of everyone at RA, I'd like to express our sincere appreciation for the significant contribution made by Andrew during his tenure as CFO. Since joining the company in 2011, his commitment, integrity and expertise has made him a much-valued colleague. We wish him the very best in the next chapter of his career."
Andrew Bolter, CFO, said: "It has been a privilege to be part of the leadership team that has helped build RA and, after over 10 years with the company, it is now time for me to pursue a new challenge. The opportunity ahead for RA remains significant and I wish Soraya, Lars and the rest of the RA team all the very best for the future."
