Directorate: Changes in Directors' Responsibilities

Pursuant to Listing Rule 9.6.11, Quarto announces the following changes to the composition of its Board committees:

s Michael Hartley has been appointed Chairman of the Company's Audit Committee with immediate effect, succeeding Edward Krawitt who stepped down from the Board at the conclusion of yesterday's Annual Meeting. (Michael is also Senior Independent Director and Chairman of the Remuneration Committee.)

s Jess Burley, whose appointment as an independent non-executive director took effect yesterday, will join the Audit and Remuneration Committees with immediate effect.

In addition, John Price has been appointed as Company Secretary.
