Press Speculation
Quadrise Fuels International PLC, the emerging supplier of MSAR®, a low cost alternative to heavy fuel oil in the shipping, refining, and power generation markets, has noted the press speculation regarding a fundraising and confirms that it is in advanced stages of a placing of up to 50,000,000 new ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company at a price of approximately 7p per share (the "Placing").
The Company expects to be in a position to confirm the details of the Placing by Friday, 5 October 2012.
