Option Agreement
Further to the announcement released by the Company on 30 September 2009 in relation to the call option agreement entered into with Robert Easom, Julian Cordani and Hamilton International plc (the 'Vendors') in relation to the acquisition of Trading Sports Limited (the 'Option'), the Company announces that discussions are continuing with the Vendors and that it has agreed to a Deed of Amendment amending the terms of the Option which would include extending the expiry date into 2010.
The extension would also apply to the additional option agreement, announced on 23 July 2009, which the Company entered into with Robbert Jol (the 'Second Option'). The Second Option is only exercisable in the event that the Company has acquired the entire issued share capital of Trading Sports Limited and allows the Company to acquire Mr Jol's 25% shareholding in Finalfutures.com Limited in consideration for issuing Mr Jol with 6,000,000 new ordinary shares of 1 pence each in Premier.
The extension is expected to be signed as soon as is practicable in January 2010. A further announcement will be made in due course.
