Pinewood Shepperton plc21 September 2006 21st September 2006 For Immediate Release Update on rebuilding of 007 Stage Further to previous announcements regarding the fire that destroyed the famous007 Stage, Pinewood Shepperton plc confirms that it has been granted fullplanning permission to rebuild the facility. Construction work has begun with aview to completion in early 2007. The replacement stage will conform to the footprint and height of itspredecessor. While the gross floorplate is the same, modern building techniquesand improved internal design have increased the usable area inside the stagefrom 45,424 sq ft to approximately 57,000 sq ft. As stated at the time of the fire, we do not expect any material adversefinancial impact from this event.
