Results of Annual General Meeting

Notification of Interim Results
London, UK, 23 March 2016 (LSE: PVG): At the Annual General Meeting of Premier Veterinary Group plc (the "Company") held this morning all resolutions as set out in the Notice of Meeting dated 28 January 2016 were duly passed. A summary of the proxy voting will be published shortly in the Investor Relations section of the Company's website at www.premiervetgroup.co.uk.
A copy of the approved resolutions has been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at http://www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/NSM.
The Company will be announcing its interim results for the six months ended 31 March 2016 on 9 May 2016.
