Director's Dealings

London, UK, 24 March 2016 (LSE: PVG): Premier Veterinary Group plc (the "Company") has received notification that on 18 March 2016 Dominic Tonner, a Director of the Company, transferred 2,650,837 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company previously held in his own name into a nominee account in the name of Thomas Grant & Company Nominees Limited.

Following the transfer, there has been no change to the total beneficial holding of Mr Tonner, and he continues to be interested in 2,650,837 ordinary shares (which represents approximately 19% of the Company's issued share capital). 

The Company's issued share capital as at the date of this notification is 13,951,773 ordinary shares of 10 pence each.
