Director Shareholding
On 29 March 2011, the Company's Remuneration Committee (which is comprised wholly of non-executive directors) awarded options over 2,000,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each to the Chief Executive Officer, Martyn Williams, at an exercise price of 10 pence per ordinary share, being more than two and a half times the closing middle market price on the date of grant. The options will vest over three years and will be exercisable, to the extent vested, from two years from the date of issue. No consideration was paid for the grant of options.
Following this award, Mr Williams will hold options over 3,525,164 ordinary shares.
