NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTIONS OF PERSON DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITIES (PDMR)
London, UK, 23 April 2019 (LSE: PVG): Premier Veterinary Group plc ("the Company") announces that it has on 26 February 2019:
Issued Warrants to subscribe to 537,143 ordinary shares of 10 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company to Bybrook Finance Solutions Limited ("BFSL" a company of which Rajan Uppal, a director of PVG, is the sole director and Shareholder);
Pending exercise of the warrants, there is no change to Mr Uppal's beneficial interest as a result of this transaction, this being 5,421,138 Ordinary Shares in the Company, representing 35.324% of the total voting rights of the Company.
