Total Voting Rights

Pure Wafer, in accordance with the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, makes the following announcement:

As at the date of this announcement, Pure Wafer has an issued share capital of 126,302,693 ordinary shares of 2 pence each with voting rights. Pure Wafer does not hold any ordinary shares in treasury.

Accordingly, the total number of Pure Wafer ordinary shares with voting rights is 126,302,693.

The above figure (126,302,693) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for calculations by which they determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Pure Wafer under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
