Dominion Holdings Ltd13 February 2006 Disclosure of Dealing by a Person, with an Interest in Securities Representing 1% or more (Rule 8.3 of the City Code on Takeovers and Mergers) Dominion Holdings Ltd ("Dominion"), a Swiss-based investment company owned byMr P Kennedy of New York, announces that it has acquired 55,000,000 ordinaryshares of Parity Group plc, representing approximately 19% of Parity's reportedissued share capital from Dominick Company AG ("Dominick") at a price of 6.75pence per share. Dominion is therefore now interested in these 55,000,000 shares. Dominion is also interested in a further 12,738,936 Parity shares, representingapproximately 4.4 per cent of Parity's reported issued share capital, by virtueof put and call options entered into with Dominick under which Dominion mayacquire, or be required by Dominick to purchase, such shares at a price of 8pence per share. The put and call options may be exercised at any time duringa period of three years from the date of grant.
