Director's Dealing
The Company was notified today that Mr. Gerry Fagan, a non-executive director of the Company, has acquired 200,000 ordinary shares of nominal value €0.01 each ("Ordinary Shares") of the Company, in the placing announced today. 108,973 Ordinary Shares have been issued and the remaining 91,027 Ordinary Shares are conditional upon receipt of shareholder approval to complete the Second Tranche Placing at an extraordinary general meeting of the Company to be held on 15 November 2010. Following this, Mr. Fagan's aggregate holding in the Company will be 200,000 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 0.05% of the issued share capital of the Company.
