Pittards plc ("Pittards" or the "Company"), the specialist producer of technically advanced leather and luxury leather goods for sale to retailers, manufacturers and distributors, has been informed that on 5 October Richard Briere, Chief Financial Officer, bought 20,000 shares at a price of 39.3 pence per share.
Following the purchase, Mr Briere's holding in the Company has increased to 20,000 shares which represents 0.29% of the Company's issued share capital.
