Change of Name
The Board of Pollen Street Secured Lending plc announces that it has resolved to change the name of the Company to Alternative Credit Investments plc, with immediate effect.
The change in Company name has been approved by the Board of Directors as permitted by the Company's Articles of Association.
The Company's shares will trade under the new name and a revised TIDM of ACI on the London Stock Exchange from 8:00 a.m. London Time on 20 October 2020.
The ISIN and SEDOL numbers will remain unchanged.
The Company's Key Information Document will be updated on the Company's website to reflect the change of company name and website only. All other information within the Key Information Document remains unchanged and will be formally reviewed and updated before 31 December 2020, or earlier in the event of a material change requiring a further update to the Key Information Document.
Shareholders are unaffected by the changes and existing share certificates will remain valid and should be retained. Any new share certificates issued will bear the name Alternative Credit Investments plc. There is no change to the company number or registered address.
