In accordance with the Disclosure and Transparency Rules of the Financial Conduct Authority, Blue Prism (AIM: PRSM), a global leader in Intelligent Process Automation, announces that the total number of voting rights in ordinary shares of 1p of the Company at the date of this notice is 97,040,436.
There are no shares held in treasury.
Shareholders may use the above figure as the denominator for the calculations by which they determine if they are required under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company.
