DIRECTOR / PDMR SHAREHOLDING
Blue Prism (AIM: PRSM), a global leader in intelligent automation, announces that a Deferred Share Award (the "Deferred Share Award") in respect of 2,375 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Group ("Ordinary Shares") held by its CFO, Ijoma Maluza, vested on 31 January 2022.
In accordance with the terms of the Deferred Share Award, 1,140 of the resulting Ordinary Shares were automatically sold on vesting at a price of 1260.19p each to meet tax and national insurance liabilities. Ijoma Maluza retained 1,235 Ordinary Shares from the vesting Deferred Share Award and, following these transactions, Ijoma Maluza's interest in Ordinary Shares has increased to 4,090, representing approximately 0.004 per cent. of Blue Prism's issued share capital.
