On 16 April 2018, Jeremy Taylor-Firth, Non-Executive Chairman of the Company, acquired 12,500,000 Primorus ordinary shares at an aggregated price of 0.1585 pence per share, representing approximately 0.45% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital. This is Mr Taylor-Firth's only holding in the ordinary shares of the Company.
