Termination of agreement with Loughborough University

The Board of IPSO announces that its original framework agreement with Loughborough University and Loughborough University Enterprises Limited has been terminated by mutual agreement. Whilst IPSO has created three companies with Loughborough University it does not currently have the funding required to create further companies under the framework agreement which has been in place since IPSO's listing on AIM in 2007. However, it has been agreed by both parties that the close relationship will continue on an informal basis.

Simon Hunt, Executive Chairman of IPSO, commented: "We have greatly enjoyed working the Loughborough University since 2007 and have created three interesting spin-out companies around Loughborough's technology. We are delighted to be carrying on the relationship on an informal basis".

Dr. Kathryn Walsh, Deputy Pro-Vice-Chancellor for Enterprise, Loughborough University commented: "Loughborough University highly values the relationship we have had with IPSO and we would like to take this opportunity to express how much we have enjoyed working with the company over the last five years. We have every expectation and express a wish to continue working together with IPSO on a more informal basis".
