In conformity with Disclosure and Transparency Rule 5.6.1 Polo Resources Limited (the 'Company') hereby notifies the market of the following:
The Company's capital includes 2,070,645,623 ordinary shares of no par value each. None of these common shares are held in Treasury.
Therefore the total number of voting rights in the Company is 2,070,645,623.
The above figure of 2,070,645,623 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or change to interest in, the Company under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
