Polo Resources Limited (AIM and TSX: POL) was today notified that Bryan Smith, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, purchased on the same day 200,000 Ordinary Shares of the Company at a price of 5.13 pence per share.

Following the purchase, Mr. Smith is interested in a total of 10,581,240 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.45 per cent of the issued share capital of the Company.
