Polo Resources Limited (AIM: PRL) was notified on April 1, 2009 that Neil Herbert, Executive Deputy Chairman of the Company, purchased on the same day 2,800,000 Ordinary Shares of the Company at an average price of 3.49 pence per Ordinary Share.
Following the share purchases, Neil Herbert now has an interest in 32,889,286 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 1.6% of the issued share capital of the Company.
