Petropavlovsk PLC ("POG") hereby announces that it has been notified today by Dr. Pavel Maslovskiy, CEO, of the information set out below.
Sirius Management Holdings Limited ("Sirius"), a company associated with Dr. Maslovskiy, yesterday entered into a stock lending agreement with a third party in respect of 36,170,000 ordinary shares of £0.01 in Petropavlovsk PLC ("the Shares"), for the period up to 24 July 2017. The same number of Shares will be redelivered to Sirius at the end of the stock lend.
The table below shows the pre and post transaction holdings of Dr. Maslovskiy and his associated entities.
