For immediate release 5th October, 2006 Panther Securities PLC ("Panther" or "the Company") Directors' shareholding The Company has been notified that John Perloff, executive director, has todaysold 20,000 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company at 367.5p per share,equivalent to 0.12 per cent. of the issued share capital of Panther. Mr Perloffis now beneficially interested in 70,000 ordinary shares, equivalent to 0.41per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.In addition, the Company has been notified that Simon Peters, executivedirector, has today bought 40,000 ordinary shares in the capital of theCompany, of which 35,000 ordinary shares were bought at 367.5p and 5,000ordinary shares were bought at 375p.
