Panmure Gordon & Co. plc ("the Company") announces that, on 1 June 2012, Phillip Wale, Chief Executive Officer was granted a share award under the Company's Performance Share Plan over a total of 6,750,000 of the Company's ordinary shares.
An amount of up to one-third of the award will vest in each of 2015, 2016 and 2017 if the Panmure Gordon Group achieves the following pre-tax profit levels in the financial years ending 31 December 2013, 2014 and 2015:
