Director's Shareholding
The Company was today notified that Dick Steele, Non-executive Chairman, bought on 8 August 2008 2,000 ordinary shares of 5p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") representing approximately 0.02 per cent. of the voting rights in the Company's ordinary share capital at a price of 191p per share. Dick Steele intends to transfer these shares into the Adsum Ltd Retirement Benefit Scheme but will retain the beneficial ownership of the shares.
Following this transaction, Mr Steele is interested in 20,000 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 0.20 per cent. of the voting rights in the Company's ordinary share capital.
