NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTIONS BY PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND PERSONS CLOSELY ASSOCIATED WITH THEM
Premier Oil plc (the "Company") hereby notifies the market of the following transactions of which it has been notified under Article 19.1 of the EU Market Abuse Regulation ("MAR"), relating to:
· The acquisition of Ordinary Shares (after the withholding of sufficient shares to cover the associated income tax and National Insurance liabilities) pursuant to the vesting of deferred shares awarded in May 2013 under the Company's 2009 Long Term Incentive Plan
· Transfer of Ordinary Shares to spouse.
· The acquisition of Ordinary Shares (after the withholding of sufficient shares to cover the associated income tax and National Insurance liabilities) pursuant to the vesting of a conditional share award granted in September 2014.
