Notification of transactions of Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities
Premier announces that it has been notified that Elisabeth Proust, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, has purchased 10,000 ordinary shares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 28 pence per Ordinary Share.
As a result of this purchase of Ordinary Shares, Elisabeth Proust is interested in 10,000 Ordinary Shares in Premier, representing 0.001% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
