Premier announces that it has been notified that Roy Franklin, the Company's Chairman, has purchased 60,000 ordinary shares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 83.11 pence per Ordinary Share.
As a result of this purchase of Ordinary Shares, Roy Franklin is interested in 60,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.01% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
