PJSC PolyusResults of exercise of pre-emption right by shareholders
PJSC Polyus (LSE, MOEX - PLZL) ("Polyus" or the "Company") announces the results of the exercise of pre-emptive right to acquire Company's shares of additional issue (registered by the Bank of Russia on 24 October 2019 under the state registration number 1-01-55192-E-002D, placed by way of closed subscription), by shareholders of Polyus who, in accordance with articles 40, 41 of the Federal Law on Joint Stock Companies, had a pre-emptive right to acquire additional shares in the amount pro rata to their shareholdings in the Company.
The Company's shareholders could exercise their pre-emptive right until 23 December 2019. During the pre-emptive right period, eligible shareholders acquired a total of 65 14138881/133561119 Company's shares of additional issue. The shares are paid for in cash.
