Notification and public disclosure of transactions by PDMR and persons closely associated with them
PJSC Polyus (LSE, MOEX - PLZL) ("Polyus", the "Company") announces that on 29 December 2020 it was notified that on 28 December 2020 Polyus Gold International Limited ("PGIL") sold 1,110,779 ordinary shares with the nominal value of 1 Russian ruble each in the share capital of the Company to Polyus Service Limited Liability Company pursuant to a share purchase agreement between PGIL and Polyus Service Limited Liability Company dated 28 December 2020.
PGIL entered into the share purchase agreement on the same terms as the share purchase agreements that will be signed by holders of the Company's ordinary shares in connection with a tender offer launched by Polyus Service Limited Liability Company on 24 November 2020.
PGIL's ownership in the Company after the transaction constitutes 76.34%.
Polyus
Polyus is the world's fourth-largest gold mining company by production volumes and one of two gold miners with the largest attributable gold reserves. The company demonstrates the lowest production costs among major global gold producers.
Its principal operations are located in Siberia and the Russian Far East: Krasnoyarsk, Irkutsk and Magadan regions and the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia).
