The Company announces that it has been notified by Emmanouil Vaindirlis, a shareholder in the Company, that he has an interest over 415,000,000 (17.87%) shares of the Company by way of his controlling shareholding in Ambrosia Investments Limited, which holds 375,000,000 (16.15%) shares in Pires, and an additional 40,000,000 (1.72%) shares held through a nominee account.
The Company website has been updated in accordance with AIM Rule 26.
