Getvisibility product update

On 10 March 2020, the Company announced that it had invested €250,000 in Visibility Blockchain Limited ("Getvisibility"), which trades under the name Getvisibility. Pires is now pleased to provide further information in relation to Getvisibility, a portfolio company held through its investment in Sure Valley Ventures ("SVV").

Getvisibility is an artificial intelligence security company, addressing the substantial and increasing problem which corporations face in storing, sorting, accessing and protecting data which is even more important today given the recent increase in cybercrime associated with the Covid-19 crisis - the UK National Fraud & Cyber Security Centre has recently reported that Coronavirus-related fraud reports have increased by 400% in March 2020.

Getvisibility has developed and launched a software platform using Artificial Intelligence ("AI") that delivers visibility over data such as Word documents, pdfs and emails, for enterprises, by automatically, accurately and precisely scanning and classifying data.

Getvisibility is now running live webinars that will explain more about the company's updated product offering, with the first webinar taking place at 12pm (British Summer Time - GMT+1) on Tuesday 21 April 2020. Pires has a circa 13% interest in SVV. SVV is a venture capital fund focused on investing in the software technology sector with a specific focus on augmented and virtual reality ("AR/VR"), AI and the internet of things ("IoT").
