Director Resignation
Plant Impact plc (AIM: PIM), announces that Mark Wyatt, a non-executive director, has stepped down from the Board effective from 31st August 2008.
Martin Robinson, Chairman of the Company, said: 'Mark was a member of our Board from September 2006. His support and guidance has been very valuable to us, particularly during and immediately post flotation on AIM. On behalf of the Board I would like to thank Mark for all his efforts and wish him all the best in his future endeavours.'
Mark has now joined Imperial College London as Bioscience New Ventures Manager.
The Company is in the process of recruiting two industry experienced non-executive directors to further strengthen the Board. An announcement will follow during September 2008.
