Exercise of options pursuant to the 2007 Company Share Option Plan

The Board of Produce Investments announces that Angus Armstrong has today exercised 34,605 options over ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at an exercise price of 74.00 pence per share pursuant to the Company's 2007 Plan. Following the exercise, Mr. Armstrong has a beneficial interest in 264,855 Ordinary Shares, representing 1.3% of the Company's issued share capital.
