Appointment of Independent Non-Executive Director

Eclectic, one of the leading operators of premium bars in the UK, is very pleased to announce that Richard Kleiner has been appointed to the Board as an independent non-executive director. As set out in the Admission Document at the time of listing, Eclectic was seeking a second independent non-executive director to finalise the Board composition. This appointment fulfils that objective.

Richard has significant corporate finance, financial services, accounting and taxation experience. He is executive director of AIM-quoted Avanti Capital plc and has been the managing partner at Gerald Edelman plc, Chartered Accountants, where he has been a partner since 1986. He was a founder of Gerald Edelman Financial Solutions Limited, the financial services arm of Gerald Edelman, acting for several years as its compliance officer. In addition, Richard has a wealth of corporate finance and business advisory experience gained from over 20 years as a practising accountant advising small and medium sized companies.

Richard has excellent knowledge of Eclectic through Avanti Capital plc's historical interest in the business. He brings a wealth of experience covering public company governance, accounting and tax expertise, as well as a general business background.

Richard is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and is an Associate Member of the Life Assurance Association.

Richard Howard Kleiner (aged 54):

Riley Property Developments Limited, of which Richard Kleiner is a director, is in LPA receivership.

Richard Kleiner is interested in 12,500 shares in Eclectic, representing 0.1% of the Company's issued share capital.

There are no further matters in connection with the Company's appointment of Richard Kleiner to be disclosed under Schedule Two paragraph (g) of the AIM Rules.
