Photo-Me, the instant-service equipment group, was notified on 23 March 2021 that Stéphane Gibon, Group Chief Financial Officer of Photo-Me, sold 300,000 ordinary shares of 0.5p each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 64 pence per Ordinary Share on 18 March 2021.
Mr Gibon no longer holds any Ordinary Shares.
The total number of voting rights in the Company is 378,011,637.Â
