Director/PDMR Shareholding
The Company was informed on 10 August 2011 that on that day, Mr Dan David, a non-executive director of the Company, transferred his beneficial interests in 2,000,000 ordinary shares of 0.5 pence each in the share capital of the Company to a family member who is not a connected person to Mr David. No consideration passed in respect of this transfer.
Following this transfer, Mr David's total interests comprise a non-beneficial interest in 45,579,318 ordinary shares held through the Dan David Foundation, which represents 12.60% of the Company's issued ordinary shares (excluding treasury shares).
