Phorm (AIM: PHRM), a leading advertising-technology company and first party data platform provider, is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr Lin Jieyuan as a Non-Executive Director of the Company, with immediate effect.

Mr Jieyuan is currently the Chief Executive Officer of Pikai Pte. Ltd., a Singapore based company that specialises in providing outsourced accounting services to small and medium sized enterprises. Prior to this, from 2008 to 2011, he was Senior Accountant at Singapore based container terminals operator, PSA Corporation Limited. From 2005 to 2008, Mr Jieyuan worked as a Senior Associate at KPMG NV. He graduated from the Nanyang Technological University in Singapore with a B.A. in Accounting and is a member of the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants.

Additional information on Mr Lin Jieyuan

The following additional information is provided in accordance with paragraph (g) of Schedule Two to the AIM Rules for Companies:

Lin Jieyuan (aged 34)

As disclosed above, Mr Jieyuan is a director of More Than One Degree Pte. Ltd, which entered into a creditors' voluntary liquidation on 19 October 2015, with an estimated total deficit as regards creditors of S$61,386.

He is also a director of M2 Venture Pte. Ltd, which entered into a creditors' voluntary liquidation on 19 October 2015, with an estimated total deficit as to creditors of S$20,185.

He is also a director of M2 Academy Pte. Ltd, which entered into a creditors' voluntary liquidation on 19 October 2015, with an estimated total deficit as to creditors of S$12,001,571.

In addition, Mr Jieyuan is a director of M2 Education (Singapore) Pte. Ltd, which entered into a creditors' voluntary liquidation on 4 November 2015, with an estimated total deficit as regards creditors of S$320,114.

There is no other information that is required to be disclosed pursuant to paragraph (g) of Schedule Two to the AIM Rules for Companies.
