("Proactis" or "the Company")
Grant of Options
The Company announces that on 29 September 2008 a total of 1,050,000 Options over the Company's Ordinary Shares were granted to employees and directors, pursuant to the PROACTIS Holdings PLC Enterprise Management Incentive Scheme ("the EMI scheme") and 175,000 Options over the Company's Ordinary Shares were granted to directors, pursuant to the PROACTIS Holdings PLC Executive Share Option Scheme ("the ESO scheme"). The Options were granted at for nil consideration with an exercise price of 18.75p per share and are exercisable over a three year period from the date of grant subject to the share price of the Company performing beyond that of the AIM Technology Index.
Following the grant, the interests of Directors in Options are as follows:
